The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, including a small refrigerator and a flat screen TV. The location was great, with everything in the city center within a short walk. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Hotel breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

The breakfast was amazing with a lot of dishes to choose from. I had a really good stay because of the very pleasant and absolutely kind staff members. Its location at a medium distance from a local history museum was marvelous.

Location and underground parking good.
Non-smoking room may be next to smoking room! Suggest you call hotel direct and ask for room not on smoking floor if you want to avoid smell and passive smoking. They would not change our room on arrival.

The hotel is clean and stylish. The rooms are new-fashioned and come with a full kitchen. The staff is accommodating. The hotel has a great location near shopping and restaurants.

Thoroughly enjoyed our nicely furnished and well-designed rooms in this hotel.
Location: the hotel was so close to the shopping area. Magnificent views, the breakfast was free and very good with options for eating. We were there for 1 night, overall had a real good stay.

The location of the hotel was magnificent and handy - around 10-15 minutes walk from Stadtpark Kempten. Moreover, we were 5 mins walk to the city centre.

The receptionist warmly welcomed us and provided excellent advice on local dining options. The rooms were fantastic value, very clean, and had excellent wifi. The breakfast was wonderful with great options and superb value. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located, with a short walk to the Aldstadt. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, value, and helpful staff.
